Booked to come back from a venue in central London. The driver simply went to the wrong location, He clearly had no idea of how to find his way around. Only after a dozen calls and with a lot of luck did we find him nearly an hour later. For the price, a very, very poor service. Called to complain. Was promised a return call which never came. We will not be using Victor again and advise you – unless you like walking – to do the same.
